I used TWO different online translators and the are both different from each other and make no sense! Oh well. Here it is:
1. Time it is second, the ぉ! ! It reached in someone and the ろ ぉ! Well it is, don't you think? the っ or ･ ･ ･. the letter ちょう leprosy the ぇ! ! ぃ (Babelfish)
2. The second だよぉ! !
It is notice いたやろぉ to whom!
It is letter ちょうらいねぇ まぁいっか ...! !

The first one starts off with her name, but I'm not sure how it's pronounced, because characters for Japanese given names can have different pronunciations. I'm just going to go with Mukame. "This is Mukame!! Who will this reach? Eh..whatever. Send me a letter, okay? Bye." The translations aren't direct, but that's probably how we'd say it in English.
The second one says, "Thanks~ This is Aya~
This is the first time a Japanese letter has come and I'm a little happy." Again, not sure about the name, but I'll go with Aya since that's what your translator came up with.
